Calls In Queue Grid / Agents in Queue Grid Filtering

  • The gear icon in the allows you to filter by Queues and or agents.
  • Also allows you to hide unavailable agents.

Queue Statistics / Agent Statistics edit and removing tiles

  • Click the plus (+) sign
  • Choose the color for tile
  • Unit of measure is based on the tile selection

Edit / Remove tiles

  • Select / hover over tile
  • Gear icon allows to edit 
  • Trashcan icon will delete tile

Delete Report

  • Select Delete Report
