1. Create New Reports
- Fill out a name for the report.
- Once the report is added it can be selected in the drop down box.
2. Add Widget
- Calls in Queue Grid
-Gives you a grid of current queued calls
- Agent in Queue Grid
-Give you a grid of queue agents
- Queue Statistics Tiles
-View statistics for your queues
- Agent Statistics Tiles
-View statistic of your queue agents
Select your widget and then press add.
