Entering configuration server via the voice menu directly.***

Provisioning via the voice menu can be more prone to error, but is useful when there is no available computer to login.

  • Dial 14 then dial the following once playback of current setting completes:  104131024237

Provisioning Instructions via web interface:

Provisioning via the web interface is generally easier to do if there is a computer that can be used that is within the same network, or if a computer can be plugged into the LAN port of the adapter.

  • Using a computer on the same network and the WAN port connection on the adapter:
    • Once the adapter is plugged in (internet access ethernet in the WAN port - globe symbol) and fully powered up, test that your analog phone gets a dialtone when taken off-hook.  If there is no dialtone, please check the connections.
    • Pick up the analog handset, and dial *** to activate the voice menu
      • Dial 02 and record the IP address that is listed off.  If the address listed is 0.0.0.0, please check that the device is connected to a router that will issue a DHCP address.
      • Dial # to return to the main menu.
      • Dial 12 and then dial 9 to enable the WAN port web access.
      • Hangup to save your changes.
    • Enter the recorded IP address into a new tab in any web browser on the computer that is on the same network as the adapter.
    • When prompted for a password, the default is "admin".  If the default password is not working, the adapter may already be configured to our system, or another system, and can be reset (see section below).
    • Click on the Advanced Settings tab in the web configuration page, and enter the following information:
      • Upgrade Via: HTTPS
      • Config Server Path: p.fluentcloud.com
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Apply, then Reboot.
  • Using a computer plugged into the LAN port of the adapter:
    • Once the adapter is plugged in (internet access ethernet in the WAN port - globe symbol, computer in LAN port) and fully powered up, test that your analog phone gets a dialtone when taken off-hook.  If there is no dialtone, please check the connections.
    • Enter the 192.168.2.1 into a new tab in any web browser on the computer that is on the same network as the adapter.
    • When prompted for a password, the default is "admin".  If the default password is not working, the adapter may already be configured to our system, or another system, and can be reset via option 99.
    • Click on the Advanced Settings tab in the web configuration page, and enter the following information:
      • Upgrade Via: HTTPS
      • Config Server Path: p.fluentcloud.com
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Apply, then Reboot.

Successfully configured adapters will show a LED phone symbol for each configured account, and may blink slowly to indicate new voicemail messages.  A fast blinking status light indicates the line is currently in use.
