1. Log into the WebPhone using your my.fluentcloud.com credentials. 

Outbound Calls

The Webphone will load. To make an outbound call, select the Phone Icon and enter the phone number you'd like to call.

Incoming Calls:

FluentCloud WebPhone can support 3 simultaneous calls. The color indicates the status of the call:

Green - Call is active

Red - Call is on Hold

Yellow - Call is connecting

If you have notifications turned on, you will also see the pop-up. You can use the Green button or Answer in the pop-up notification.

You will see active calls displayed via Lines at the top of the WebPhone. In this example, the incoming call is on "line 1". Below is what it looks like when I answer a second incoming call:

Just select which line you'd like to pick up the call. 

Incoming Queue Calls:

Incoming Queue Calls to the WebPhone will function like any other call but will now be displayed with different colors and more caller ID information.
