Agent Call Back or "Call back extension for phone number" is a feature that allows an incoming call to be routed to the last extension that made an outbound call to that number.
This may be useful if you make multiple outbound calls from a shared phone number and would like to put the caller in contact with your agent immediately. This feature will only work when the FluentStream system has made an outbound call to the number.
This feature will need to be enabled in our database so please contact FluentStream Support at 303-462-5483, opt 2 or email email@example.com if you would like to use this.
Once this has been enabled on the back end, you can insert the feature into your desired routes.
Log into My.Fluentcloud.com and go to Settings>Routes
Select the Route that you would like to add this too. If you do not have a route set up, please refer to this document.
Once you are in the route, select "Call back extension for phone number" under Add Application.
You will want to make sure you have your additional call routing in place so that any number not recognized by the system still gets routed properly. We recommend creating a call group with a voicemail below that however, you can put whatever behavior you would like.
