If you are on a call and need to transfer to another FluentStream extension or an external number, please follow the steps below.


 1. Click Transfer Button


 2. Type in the number you wish to transfer to (Extension or Telephone)


3. Select Call First or Transfer Now from the dropdown

· Call First = Speak to agent first, then transfer

· Transfer Now = Transfer without speaking to agent first 


4. If you selected Transfer Now—the call should have automatically transferred and hung up

 If you selected Call First – You should see a new active call with a Transfer Now option
