The default headset option is not part of the auto provisioning so these will need to be manually configured.
1. Click Softphone.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Select Devices.
4. On the Headset Mode tab select your headset from the drop-down menu for the Speaker and Microphone.
Note: If you're headset doesn't appear in the drop-down menu then you're computer isn't properly recognizing the device. In this case, try disconnecting the Headset and trying again.
5. On the Other Devices tab you can select the Ring On device.
6. When done press Ok.
